The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Attur to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode. The above HMOP has been filed by the husband seeking Divorce on the file of the Subordinate Court, Attur.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent husband has no objection to the transfer being ordered, accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

H.M.O.P.No.106 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Attur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tiruchengode. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
