Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that 6(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21789/2021 dated 19/11/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.DEEPAK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21789 of 2021 on 19.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
