ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondent for willfully disobeying and violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18994 of 2024 dated 16.07.2024.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent has considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order dated 13.11.2025. Hence, the respondent has not committed any willful disobedience. The above statement is taken on record.

3. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
