When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the communication of the Assistant Engineer dated 21.07.2025 was placed before this Court. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.

2. It is submitted that in the meantime, the landlord has demolished the building. This issue will be independently agitated by the petitioner before the appropriate forum.
