ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent / third respondent for his wilful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.25017 of 2022 dated 19.01.2024, thereby quashing the order dated 06.09.2022 of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 29.08.2024 issued by the Collector's Office of Coimbatore and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.25017 of 2022 dated 19.01.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 29.08.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 29.08.2024, this contempt petition is closed.
