The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 26.09.2023, has granted two weeks time for surrendering the passport of the petitioner. However, in para 1 and 3 of the order copy, the order dated has been mentioned as 08.08.2023 instead of 10.08.2023. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 1 and 3 of the order shall be read as follows: "1.This Criminal Original Petition is filed to extend the time for a period of four weeks to surrender the passport before the Court concerned as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16052 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023.

3.In such circumstances, this Court grants a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender the passport before the Court concerned as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16052 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023."
