Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

2.Alleging that sale consideration was not given to him, the petitioner has given a representation to the Sub Registrar and now filed this Writ Petition seeking a Mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 24.08.2019. The sale deed was registered on 28.01.2016. The representation alleging that the sale consideration was not given to him, was made to the respondents after three years seven months. Now the writ petition is filed for a Mandamus.

3.The case is purely civil in nature. If no sale consideration is given, the petitioner ought to have approached the Civil Court. After 3 1⁄2 years, he wants to enquire the matter by the Sub Registrar, who is not the competent person to decide the issue. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
