ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan,J) The petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition stating that the respondents have violated the interim injunction order passed by XXIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in O.S.No.2900 of 2025 passed on 29.05.2025, which was extended on 12.06.2025, 17.06.2025, 1 / 3

30.06.2025 and also the final order dated 04.07.2025 passed in the said I.A.No,.3 of 2025.

2. Since there is enabling provision in the Civil Procedure Code (for short, "CPC") itself, , namely Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC and that if there is violation of the interim order, they can invoke Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC and obtain necessary relief.

3. Hence, this Contempt Petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
