ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.The petitioners are granted liberty to approach the concerned court at Tiruppur, seeking for a direction to release the money for de-freezing of the account. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. On receipt of such application, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
