The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and she has also made an endorsement in the writ petition seeking liberty as follows:

"The Writ Petition has been filed against a Preliminary Order and as there is no stay, the Labour Court has proceeded with the dispute. Hence, petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order, if dispute is decided against the Petitioner Management".

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
