W.M.P. No.28882 of 2021 in W.P.No.22906 of 2021 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J and V.SIVAGNANAM, J This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order dated 27.10.2021 in W.P.No.22906 of 2021 and fix the time limit of three months.

2.While disposing of the writ petition, this Court directed the 1st respondent to pass orders on the application of the petitioner within a period of six months.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that for pursuing the further studies, the community certificate is very much required and hence, the period to consider the application of the petitioner can be reduced to three months.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader would state that enquiry had already been commenced and the 1st respondent will try to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner, at the earliest. 5.In the light of the above submissions, this petition is allowed and the 1st respondent is directed to pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 23.05.2016 within a period of three months.
