Respondents in both Wps Common Prayer: Writ Petitions are is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records connected with impugned order of termination bearing Na.Ka.No.501/2000/A1 dated 30.06.2000 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with continuity of service with backwages and all other attendant benefits and direct the first respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner and direct to pay the petitioner on par with the Government teachers as per Clause 18(2) of the Code of regulation of matriculation.
