2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this sub application, this sub application is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the aforesaid contempt petition.
