This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.320 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thirumanur Police Station, Ariyalur Taluk.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.320 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Ariyalur and it is pending for committal in PRC.No.33 of 2022. As such, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous. 3.
