These miscellaneous petitions have filed seeking to condone the delay of 930 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, to set aside the said abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title in the above appeal suit.

4. Post the matter on 14.12.2023.
