O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to execute the Bailable Warrant as against the second respondent in C.C.No.148 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Districtcum-judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District.

2. The petitioner initiate proceedings for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act as against the second respondent in C.C.No.148 of 2013. On receipt of the summon, the second respondent filed a petition seeking bail before the Trial Court. Hence, the Court below has issued the bailable warrant as against the second respondent in C.C.No.148 of 2013. Now the warrant is pending on the file of the first respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to execute bailable warrant as against the second respondent in C.C.No.148 of 2013 within a period of six weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is directed to furnish the correct address of the second respondent herein and also cooperate with the first respondent to execute bailable warrant issued against the second respondent.

4. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
