This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the above CMSA.

2. Mr.J.Ram, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and he has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.21401 of 2024 is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

6. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.J.Ram as counsel for the respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
