This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8223 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8881 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023 that the petitioner to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both the counsel and the fact that investigation is completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the nature of offences involved in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
