Order This petition has been filed to call for the entire records in pursuance of the FIR in Cr.nos.753 of 2015 and 120/2016, on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the parties to the proceedings were entered into compromise, this Court may issue direction to the law enforcing agency to close the FIRs in Cr.No.753/2015 and 120/2016, which were registered pursuant to the complaint made by the Sub Registrar, Dharapuram.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the law enforcing agency and produce the Deed of Compromise before them. Based on the said Compromise Deed, the law enforcing agency after hearing the views of the Sub Registrar, Dharapuram, shall close the FIRs, if there is no legal impediments.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
