These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay in seeking to set aside abatement cause by the death of the sole appellant, to set aside abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay of 402 days in seeking to set aside abatement is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the appellant is set aside and the petitioners are brought on record as the appellants 2 and 3.
