ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action on complaint letter dated 17.11.2020 and the petitioner's reminder https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint letter dated 19.04.2021, within a prescribed period.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 17.11.2020 and 19.04.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
