ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the President, Pannapattu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society Ltd., and the term office of President had already expired and now the said Co-operative Society is being managed by the Special Officers appointed by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that since, the petitioner had filed the present writ petition in representative capacity, and as he is not holding office of the petitioner's Society, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
