This petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent has no serious objection for ordering this petition. Despite the service of notice to the respondents 1, 2, 4, 5 to 13 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
