[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to grant one month leave to the petitioner's daughter S.Nalini (Convict No.810) w/o.Sriharan @ Murugan, who is confined at Special Prison for Women, Vellore, by considering the representations dated 25.05.2021 and 23.08.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the relief prayed for in this petition has been granted by the first respondent.
