cad Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that a decision has been taken by the respondent vide proceedings dated 26.08.2022.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, any person who is aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings, is entitled to challenge the same. This contempt petition stands closed with the above observation. .
