Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to act on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2019 and conduct survey and fixation of the boundaries of the land situated at Velachery village as per the Doc.No.2321 of 1992, belong to the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to act on the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.04.2019 and conduct survey and fixation of the boundaries of the land situated at Velachery village as per the Doc.No.2321 of 1992, belong to the petitioner.

2.Heard Mr.P.Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner submitted a representation before the second respondent on 25.04.2019 to survey and fix the boundaries of the land situated at Velachery village as per the Document No.2321 of 1992. The petitioner had also paid the requisite fees to survey the subject property and it is pending. 4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice the petitioner, counter parties and adjacent owners if any and pass order to survey and fix the boundaries of the land situated at Velachery village as per the Document No.2321 of 1992, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
