2. Respondents though served through Court as well as privately have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 32 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
