This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.529 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

2.Today, both the petitioner, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and identification of the parties have been verified by this Court. The second respondent has filed an affidavit of declaration stating that the matter has been settled amicably and hence the second respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.529 of 2008. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the affidavit of declaration filed by the second respondent, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.529 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, is hereby quashed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
