This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 226 days in filing the petition for restoration of W.P.No.33304 of 2018 which was dismissed for default on 15.12.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court intends to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 226 days is condoned.
