This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.11045/2022, dated 28.04.2022.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent

submitted that, entire terminal benefits has been settled to the petitioner and in this regard, he has also placed a calculation memo before this Court.

3. Inview of the above, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is having any dispute over the calculation, it is for her to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
