O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.1100 of 2012 under Sections 415, 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 463, 464, 467, 474 and 503 IPC on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2012.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.1100 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 415, 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 463, 464, 467, 474 and 503 IPC. But, the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is going on and hence, he prays for six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.1100 of 2012 has been registered as early as on 16.12.2012 for the offences under Sections 415, 420, 421, 422, 423, 424, 425, 463, 464, 467, 474 and 503 IPC. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
