PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the investigation in FIR in Crime No.01 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, DCB Erode District to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Erode under the supervision of Respondents 3 and 4 or some other police Agency.

ORDER

The petitioners who allege that been affected by the fraud committed by a group of persons on promising job in Railways is before this Court stating that DCB, Erode, not conducting the investigation properly and proceeded against the persons named in their complaint. Hence, seek for transfer of investigation to CBCID, Erode.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), states that whoever are guilty in this case will be prosecuted. The petitioners, herein who have given the complaint are yet to provide all the materials in support of their complaint. On production of all those documents, 2/4

necessary action will be taken against the persons who have cheated the petitioners.
