This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Cr.No. of 202 on the file of the first respondent.

2. On the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the first respondent has registered an FIR against the petitioners in Cr.No.5 Of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 109 of IPC, 1860.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that already he had returned the entire bundle along with change of Vakalat to the petitioner, but till today, the petitioner has failed to engage new Counsel on his behalf to appear before this Court.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, no new Counsel or the petitioner appeared before this Court. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
