ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks an additional load for his electricity commercial service connection, for which he had made an online application on 13.04.2023. Since there is no movement forward, the petitioner has now approached this Court seeking a direction to that effect to the 2nd respondent.

3.Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, the learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

4.Learned counsel made a statement on instruction that the respondents are ready to provide additional load for his commercial service connection provided the petitioner pays the requisite charges. 5.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already 2/4

deposited Rs.12,000/- towards the same.

6.The respondents are now required to ascertain the same and if anything more is required to be paid by the petitioner, then whatever sum that he is found to have been paid is required to be adjusted by the authorities and complete the entire process within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
