ORDER

The defendants 1 to 3 in O.S.No.52 of 2022 are the revision petitioners. The respondents 1 and 2 have filed a suit for declaration and other consequential reliefs.

3. In view of the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. In the light of the above, the Principal District Munsif, Namakkal shall frame issues within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and expedite the trial and dispose of suit in O.S. No.53 of 2022 along with pending interlocutory applications, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
