Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings by 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/4884/2017 dated 05.10.2017 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to select and appointment the petitioner to the post of Grade II Police Constable/Grade II Jailor Warden based on merit in the selection with all consequential and other attendant benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
