This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 807 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the sole respondent has got objections in allowing the application as the application was taken out to condone the delay of 807 days.
4. The petitioner would aver that on account of the accident, he suffered the following injuries:
a). Fracture Dislocation D12 - L1 with complete Paraplegia, b). Spinal Cord Injury c). Post Traumatic Paraplegia with Neurogenic Bladder, d). Lower Respiratory Tract Infection.
He is yet to recover from the said injuries; hence, there is a delay of 807 days in filing the appeal.

5. It appears that the petitioner suffered bodily injuries due to fracture dislocation D12 - L1 with complete paraplegia and spinal cord injury.
6. Accepting the averments made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for a period of 600 days shall stand waived. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
