O R D E R
[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner is the mother of the detenue. She has come up with this Petition seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent for production of the detenue, inter alia alleging that her daughter is in the illegal custody of the 3rd Respondent.
2. Today, the detenue - L.Keerthika, is present before this Court along with her mother. As she is willing to go with her mother, the Petitioner herein, we do not find any illegal custody involved.

3. Recording the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, setting the detenue at liberty.
