This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the H.M.O.P. 2310 of 2016 filed by the petitioner on the file of III Additional Family Court at Chennai. 1/4

2. Considering the nature of order going to be passed in this Civil Revision Petition, which would not cause prejudice would be caused to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, he has filed H.M.O.P. under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. Above H.M.O.P. has been pending from the year 2016, so far, the H.M.O.P. was not taken up for trial. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

4. I have heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records carefully.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought in the Civil Revision Petition, without going to the merits of the case, as the H.M.O.P. has been filed in the year 2016, the learned III Addl. Family Court Judge is directed to dispose the H.M.O.P. after full trial on merits in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date 2/4
