ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) IPC @ 302 IPC, in Crime No.589 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the son of the deceased. The petitioner is the paramour of the deceased. The deceased had developed relationship with one Srinivasan. Aggrieved by the same, on the date of occurrence, the petitioner attacked the deceased and the said Srinivasan with blowing horn due to which, they both sustained injuries. Later, the mother of the defacto complainant died. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would vehemently oppose stating that the investigation has not been completed and if the petitioner is released on bail, there is every possibility of him getting abscond and tampering the evidence.
5. On seeing the grave nature of offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the occurrence and if the petitioner is released on bail, there is every possibility of him getting abscond and tampering the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
