ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 01.02.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has given Power of Attorney to one Mughilvannan in the year 2007 and now it is alleged by the petitioner that the said Mughilvannan is not rendering accounts and has also sold the property without her consent.

4. Since, it appears that the transaction is said to have taken place in the year 2007, this Court cannot issue any direction to the Police to register an FIR. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work her remedy in the manner known to law.
