This Court had already rejected Criminal (M.P.) No. 9752 of 2024 a similar claim made in this petition. Without seeking review of the same, the present application seems to have been filed without even stating the filing of the said application by the very same petitioner. Hence, the application deserves to be dismissed and the same is dismissed with the cost of Rs. 25,000/- payable to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras, Chennai.
