OA.No.662/2022 in ELP.No.4/2019 S.S.SUNDAR, J., The above application is filed to issue subpoena to the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore, having office at Stock Exchange Building, II Floor, 683, Trichy Road, Singanallur, Coimbatore-641005 to appear in person to depose evidence and produce the original or certified copy of the document, namely, AGM Reports of M/s.Vani Fabrics Private Limited, for the Financial Year 2017-2018, on the side of the election petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent, viz., the 3rd respondent, has no objection for allowing this application.

3.Hence, the above Application is ordered as prayed for.
