Today (11.07.2023), when the case came up for hearing, the Revision Petitioner and the Respondent are present along with their counsel. The Joint Memo is filed by the Revision Petitioner and the Respondent. As per the Joint Memo after the appeal preferred by the Accused was dismissed by the learned IV Additional District & Sessions Judge at Coimbatore in C.A.No.96 of 2018 dated 19.11.2021, the parties agreed for a settlement during the pendency of this Criminal Revision. After filing Crl.RC.No.1111 of 2021 as per the order passed by the Crl.M.P.Nos.14201 & 14202 of 2021, the Revision Petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam in C.C.No.17 of 2014 dated 19.02.2018, Receipt No.

148 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam produced is in original. 2.Apart from the amount deposited before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, the Revision Petitioner furnished the DD for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- dated 24.04.2023 and it is handed over to the learned Counsel for the Respondent and in the presence of the Respondent in D.D.No.''
