Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of declaration, to declare that the act of the fourth respondent not allowing the petitioner to sign the attendance register on 19.11.2020 and issuing him an offer letter dated 19.01.2021 and the subsequent letter dated 11.07.2022 are illegal and unjustified when the petitioner has joined the fourth respondent College on 01.04.1999 and his services is in existence and consequently, direct the third and fourth respondents to reinstate the petitioner with full back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking writ of declaration, to declare that the act of the fourth respondent not allowing the petitioner to sign the attendance register on 19.11.2020 and issuing him an offer letter dated 19.01.2021 and the subsequent letter dated 11.07.2022 are illegal and unjustified when the petitioner has joined the fourth respondent College on 01.04.1999 and his services is in existence and consequently, direct the third and fourth respondents to reinstate the petitioner with full back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that already he had given change of vakalath along with a copy to the petitioner, however, so far, the petitioner did not engage a counsel to represent on behalf of the petitioner before this Court.

3. When the matter was called today, no new counsel represented on behalf of the petitioner nor the petitioner appeared in-person. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the writ petition further.

4. In view of that, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.26948 and 26949 of 2022 are closed.
