P.B.BALAJI.,J sr 2025 dated 23.10.2025 shall take effect and in view of the above, the suit in O.S No.493 of 2014 shall be restored to file and the Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee shall dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law after giving fair opportunity to both the parties.
