ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry/investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this petitioner involved in 13 cases and all the cases are under investigation. Except the registered FIR, no other complaint is pending as against this petitioner. Therefore, for investigation purpose, this petitioner was called for investigation. Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner for investigation and proceed with the investigation.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
