This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to further investigate the Crime in FIR No.58 of 2022 based on the additional information given by the complainant on 18.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the information furnished by the petitioner has been taken into account and the investigation has been completed and culminated in filing the final report before the Court concerned and the same been taken on file in PRC.No.34 of 2024.

3. In the light of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of recording the filing of final report after further investigation. If the petitioner is any way not satisfied with the final report, it is open to him to file a protest petition and seek redressal. 14.10.2024 2/4
