Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/application dated 17.11.2021 to measure the land of the petitioner.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2021 to measure the petitioner's land.

2.Heard, Mr.M.N.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner filed an application on 17.11.2021 to measure the property comprised in survey No. 236/1D admeasuring 2.50 acres situated at J.Krishnapuram Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District before the first respondent. The petitioner also paid requisite fee to measure the subject property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to survey and measure the property comprised in survey No. 236/1D admeasuring 2.50 acres situated at J.Krishnapuram Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, after issuance of notice to the counter parties and adjacent land owners, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
