This petition is filed to condone the delay of 549 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone. Hence, the delay is condoned.

4.The petitioners are not entitled to get interest for the default period.

5.The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.SR.No.116295 of 2025, if it is otherwise in order.
